Please be advised that all hair extension items are made to order. Please refer to the processing times for each item listed below:
Wigs - 17 - 21 business days
Half-Up Kits - 14 - 17 business days
Ponytails - 14 - 17 business days
Products - 2 - 3 business days
Domestic Shipping
Once processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number. All Items ship via USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
International Shipping
Some countries are more strict than others with holding international shipments at customs. In the event that your package is held at customs, please be aware that you will be responsible for the customs fees needed to retrieve your package. Refunds will not be provided for refused items.
Once your item has shipped internationally, we are not responsible for or are unable to track your item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Wigs
Wigs are customized, pre-styled, and ready to wear. We do our best to package wigs to maintain the pre-style, but please be aware that the complete preservation of the style cannot be guaranteed during shipping.
The wigs are custom colored, and like any custom color, slight variations may occur.
