The KGS Collection
is the epitome of luxury hair extensions. Our hair is sourced from India and each bundle is from one donor. It is raw unprocessed hair with the cuticle intact. KGS Collection wears, colors, moves, and reacts to the environment just as your own.
Due to the unprocessed nature of the hair, slight variations in its virgin color and wave pattern are common.

Care Instructions:
When washing extensions, run your hands with shampoo in the same direction as the hair strands
Always condition hair after shampooing (preferably with sulfate-free shampoo)
Keep styling products very lightweight to avoid weighing down hair extensions

Domestic Shipping
Once processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number. All Items ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. International items ship DHL. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

International Shipping
Some countries are more strict than others with holding international shipments at customs. In the event that your package is held at customs, please be aware that you will be responsible for the customs fees needed to retrieve your package. Refunds will not be provided for refused items.

Wigs are customized, pre-styled, and ready to wear. We do our best to package wigs to maintain the pre-style, but please be aware that the complete preservation of the style cannot be guaranteed during shipping.
The wigs are custom colored, and like any custom color, slight variations may occur.
