Domestic Shipping
Once processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number. All Items ship via USPS/FEDEX We are not responsible for lost/stolen items/returned to sender etc.
Once order is shipped off KENI Hair is no longer responsible for items
All extension items have $100 carrier insurance added

Wigs
Wigs are customized, pre-styled, and ready to wear. We do our best to package wigs to maintain the pre-style, but please be aware that the complete preservation of the style cannot be guaranteed during shipping.
The wigs are custom colored, and like any custom color, slight variations may occur.
