Domestic Shipping

Once processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number. All domestic Items ship via USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/returned to sender items. Once your items have shipped we are no longer responsible.

All hair extension items have a $100 carrier insurance 

All extension items are shipped from KENI hair are with signature required

International Shipping

International Items ship via DHL Worldwide Express or UPS. Some countries are more strict than others with holding international shipments at customs. In the event that your package is held at customs, please be aware that you will be responsible for the customs fees needed to retrieve your package. Refunds will not be provided for refused items or none payment of fees. Once your item has shipped internationally, we are not responsible for or are unable to track your item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We are not liable for custom fees and/or duties refusal or none payment of those fees and your package will not be able to be delivered. We cannot calculate duties or customs fees. When purchasing any product to ship outside of the US you must be aware there may be additional fees before purchasing. We will not be responsible for reshipping your item if it is returned to sender. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. Are adjustments once shipped. We are not responsible for wig repair.

 

Wigs

 

Wigs are customized, pre-styled, and ready to wear. We do our best to package wigs to maintain the pre-style, but please be aware that the complete preservation of the style cannot be guaranteed during shipping.

 

The wigs are custom colored, and like any custom color, slight variations may occur.
